HEATHER FORD
APA-PTSO PRESIDENT FOR 2026-27
Heather is thrilled to continuing serving as President of APA’s PTSO and is looking forward to another year filled with school spirit, community, and memorable experiences for APA students and families!
Heather first became involved with APA in 2022, when her daughter began her journey at the school. Since then, she has proudly served as the Project Graduation Chairperson and President.
Heather is the proud mom of two daughters. Her daughter, Sanae, is a graduate of APA’s Class of 2026, where she majored in Dance. Her younger daughter, Zarie, is a Sophomore Dance Major at APA.
Outside of APA, Heather is an attorney and serves as Deputy Counsel of a school district.
Heather is honored and excited to continue celebrating APAs incredible students and working alongside the amazing families and faculty.

JULIA MIRANDA
Vice President
Julia is looking forward to continuing on the PTSO Board. Her daughter, Kaitlyn, graduated from APA Dance program in 2023. Her other daughter, Lia, is a junior Dance major.

JACQUI LAMORTE
Corresponding Secretary
Jacqui LaMorte is the dedicated Secretary for the Parent-Teacher-Student Organization (PTSO) at UCVTS-APA, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s initiatives. She is a busy working mom of four, including two APA Dance Majors, Olivia (Class of 2026) and Isabel (Class of 2028)

KAREN GOBERN
Board of Education Liaison
Karen is looking forward to her third year on the APA-PTSO Board as Board Liaison. Her daughter, Jordyn, is a dance major, APA Class of 2027. Along with her Board duties, Karen will continue her work as a Co-chair of Project Graduation Class of 2027.
